Food is not only for energy, it is to be enjoyed. But this doesn’t mean it needs to be overcomplicated!
We take a balanced approach towards nutrition and guide you in the pursuit of a healthy relationship with food. To us this means understanding where and how the food we eat has got to our plate. Learn to cook with love and create dishes that will not only taste great, but more importantly will help you achieve optimal health.

Release any stagnant energy by strengthening the connection between mind and body within a series of our Inflow classes. Here we really explore which tools and practices are best suited to your personal goals. At Val & Fred we incorporate different tools into our classes such as breathing and chakra healing, elements of Qigong, meridian stretching, yoga flow and meditation during our live classes.
This will help you to accumulate new energy and stimulate optimal health and wellbeing.

Healing is a multi-layered, non-linear journey full of personal revelations and self-discovery. This is why no two programmes at Val & Fred are the same; sessions are 1-2-1 while we use verbal and physical tools to untangle any self-constructed constraints which may be preventing you from growth.
We will work together in clearing your path from anything holding you back, and guide you in connecting with your inner truth and healing. This way the process remains organic as we support you in making decisive, purpose-driven change.

We don’t strive for short-term fixes, so these are entirely tailored to you and your lifestyle, collaboratively. Whilst most of our members partake in all three elements to the retreat, we welcome you to join us in any part of the practice you feel attuned to.
